1 ounce Laird's bonded apple brandy
¾ ounce lemon
½ ounce maple syrup
¼ ounce house-made apple cider vinegar
1 lemon wedges
Pour the brandy, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cider vinegar into a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain the cocktail into a tall glass. Top the drink with Weihenstephaner hefeweissbier , and garnish with a lemon wedge.
